Change or cancel your plan

Everything to do with billing is on your dashboard under Billing: changing plan, updating your card, and canceling. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically, so you are not charged twice for the same month. Canceling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Upgrading#

Pick the plan you want under Billing. The change applies straight away, and you are billed the difference for the rest of the current period rather than a full month.

Features that were locked become available immediately. Nothing needs to be re-saved.

Downgrading#

Also immediate, with the unused portion of what you paid credited against your next bill.

Before you do it, check what the lower plan includes, because your content does not shrink to fit. If you have five pages and drop to a plan that includes one, the extra pages stop being publicly available. They are not deleted, but they are not live either. The same goes for products and contacts above the new limit.

Export anything you would be upset to lose first. Export CSV on the Audience panel takes your contacts, and Download metrics on Analytics takes your traffic data.

Updating your card#

Under Billing. The card form is Stripe's, embedded on the page, so your card details never touch our servers and you are not sent off to a billing portal somewhere else.

Canceling#

Also under Billing. There is no phone call and no retention flow.

Canceling takes effect at the end of the billing period you are in. You keep everything until then. We do not refund the unused part of a period, so canceling on day two of a month does not get you 28 days back — but you do keep using it for those 28 days.

When the period ends, your account drops to Free. Your pages, links and contacts are still there. Anything above the Free limits stops being publicly available.

Canceling your plan is not the same as deleting your account. If you want your data gone, delete the account — that is a separate, irreversible action with its own confirmation.

Annual billing#

Paying annually costs about a month less per year. The switch is on the same panel. Moving from monthly to annual credits what you have already paid for the current month.

Going over your limits#

On paid plans, email sends and storage do not cut off when you pass the included amount. You are billed a small overage instead: currently $1 per extra 2,000 emails, and $1 per extra 10 GB of storage.

The Free plan works differently: its caps are fixed and there is no overage. When you reach them, that is the limit, and adding room means moving up a tier.

Both are pooled across all your pages rather than counted per page. Current numbers are on the pricing page.

Invoices and receipts#

Receipts are emailed when a payment goes through, and past invoices are listed under Billing. Enterprise can be invoiced annually rather than charged by card.
