These terms govern your use of clicked.bio, including portal creation, content publishing, and audience capture features.
Effective: July 11, 2026 (pre-launch revision)Applies to clicked.bio accounts and portal visitors
The service
clicked.bio provides link-in-bio portals that let creators and agencies publish links, content blocks, post links, and audience capture forms. The service may evolve over time, including beta features and new plans.
Service operator
clicked.bio is owned and operated by Papagoose LLC. References in these terms to "clicked.bio," "we," "us," or "our" mean Papagoose LLC and its operation of the clicked.bio service. For your clicked.bio platform subscription, Papagoose LLC (d/b/a clicked.bio) is the merchant of record.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a clicked.bio account or use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. Portal owners who collect audience data are responsible for not knowingly collecting personal information from minors and for complying with laws that protect children's data, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent rules under the GDPR.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Owners can invite editors and viewers; owners are responsible for their portal teams.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish. By using clicked.bio, you grant us a license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for the legality of the content, links, and offers you publish.
You must have the rights to any images, videos, or trademarks you use.
We may remove content that violates these terms or our policies.
Intellectual property and copyright (DMCA)
clicked.bio respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. You must not post content, links, or offers that infringe another party's copyright, trademark, or other rights, and you must have the rights to everything you publish.
If you believe content on a clicked.bio portal infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent through our contact form, including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (the portal URL); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling the material and may notify the portal owner, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. The clicked.bio name, logo, and the software, design, and content of the service itself are owned by Papagoose LLC; these terms grant you no right to use our marks without our prior written permission.
Audience capture
Portal owners may collect emails and lead fields from visitors. Portal owners are responsible for complying with marketing consent laws and honoring unsubscribe requests.
clicked.bio may send auto-reply or campaign emails when enabled by a portal owner. Portal owners are responsible for obtaining consent where required and complying with applicable email marketing laws.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
clicked.bio uses Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") as its payment processor in two directions: Stripe Connect for paying creators directly when their visitors purchase through their portal, and a direct platform-billing relationship for any clicked.bio subscription fees you pay to us. Stripe payment and onboarding forms — checkout, seller onboarding, and card updates — are embedded on clicked.bio pages and served by Stripe inside Stripe-controlled frames; everything you enter in them goes directly to Stripe. clicked.bio does not store or handle raw card details, and your use of the payment features is subject to Stripe's terms. Where a creator offers PayPal, choosing PayPal redirects you to PayPal's own checkout, subject to PayPal's terms. The following terms apply to any payment made or received through the service.
For buyers (people paying through a creator's portal)
Merchant of record. When you purchase from a creator's portal, the creator is the merchant of record. Your payment goes to the creator's Stripe account. clicked.bio facilitates the transaction and may take a platform fee.
Card data. When you pay through the integrated Stripe checkout, card numbers and other sensitive payment details are entered into payment fields served by Stripe (embedded on our pages inside Stripe-controlled frames) and are collected and stored by Stripe, not by clicked.bio. If you pay with PayPal, your payment details are collected by PayPal on its own pages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Saved cards. If you choose to save a card for future purchases or for a recurring subscription, your express consent is required at checkout. You may remove saved cards at any time through a self-serve Stripe Customer Portal management link the creator provides, or by contacting the creator.
Subscriptions and recurring billing. If you start a subscription, you authorize the creator (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout (for example, "$10 per month" or "$80 per year") until you cancel. The amount, currency, and frequency are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the self-serve Stripe management link the creator provides, or by contacting the creator; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Free trials. If a subscription includes a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the trial's end unless you cancel before then. The price and renewal date are disclosed at signup.
Authentication. Some card payments (including most EU/UK transactions under PSD2) require Strong Customer Authentication via 3-D Secure. Stripe handles this challenge; if authentication fails, the transaction will not complete.
Refunds. Refund eligibility and policy are set by the creator. Refund requests should be directed to the creator first. Where a creator's policy is silent, no refund is guaranteed except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Disputes and chargebacks. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, you may dispute it with your bank or card network. Disputes are handled by Stripe, your card network, and the creator under standard card-network rules. You agree to attempt to resolve issues with the creator before initiating a chargeback.
For creators (people receiving payments through a portal)
Stripe-managed account. To accept payments you must connect a Stripe account through clicked.bio. Onboarding is completed in a Stripe component embedded on clicked.bio — you never leave our site — and the identity (KYC) information you enter there is collected by Stripe, not clicked.bio. By onboarding, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's terms; Stripe presents and records your acceptance during onboarding, and your ability to accept payments remains disabled until it has.
Funds flow directly to you. Customer payments are charged on your connected Stripe account and paid out by Stripe on the schedule that account governs. clicked.bio does not act as a money transmitter or hold your funds.
Platform fees. clicked.bio may deduct a platform fee from each transaction at the rate disclosed in your account or the published pricing page in effect when the transaction occurs.
Tax and compliance. You are solely responsible for collecting and remitting any sales, VAT, GST, withholding, or other taxes applicable to your sales, and for complying with consumer-protection, refund, recurring-billing, and disclosure laws in jurisdictions where your buyers reside.
Refunds and disputes. You are responsible for setting and disclosing your refund and cancellation policy and for honoring it. Disputed transactions and chargebacks are debited from your Stripe balance under Stripe's rules; clicked.bio is not liable for chargeback losses or fees.
Restricted businesses. Your sales must comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list. We may suspend payment functionality on a portal that violates Stripe's policies or applicable law.
Misrepresentation. You may not represent yourself as clicked.bio or imply that clicked.bio is the seller. Receipts, refund pages, and customer-service references must identify you as the merchant.
For your clicked.bio subscription
If you subscribe to a paid clicked.bio plan, this is a separate transaction in which clicked.bio is the merchant and you are the buyer:
Pricing and disclosure. Your plan price, currency, billing interval, and what is included are disclosed before you confirm checkout. Plans are paid up front for the disclosed period (typically monthly).
Recurring billing and authorization. By subscribing, you authorize clicked.bio (via Stripe) to charge your saved payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically.
Self-serve cancellation. You can cancel your clicked.bio subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard; card updates are handled there too, in a payment form provided by Stripe and embedded on the page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access through the period you've paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on a cancelled subscription.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we follow Stripe's standard dunning flow (retry attempts and email notices). If the payment ultimately fails, your account is downgraded to the free tier and any tier-gated features become unavailable, though your data is retained.
Plan changes. If you upgrade or downgrade between paid plans, Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically. Changing tiers does not extend your billing cycle.
EU/UK right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance-purchased digital service. Because a clicked.bio subscription gives you immediate access, at checkout you are asked to expressly request that the service begin immediately and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the subscription starts. If you do not provide that consent, the subscription does not begin.
Refund policy. Subject to the withdrawal right above, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
Suspension. We may suspend access for violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or for unpaid balances after the dunning window. We will not suspend solely because of a transient payment failure that resolves itself within Stripe's normal retry window.
Acceptable use
You must use clicked.bio lawfully. You may not host, publish, sell, or distribute through the service:
Illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
Pornography, sexually explicit content, or sexual services (including escort, cam, pay-per-view sexual content, or adult live-chat services) — clicked.bio is not a host for explicit material;
Hateful, harassing, abusive, or violent content, or any content that exploits or endangers minors;
Phishing, malware, or deceptive or fraudulent material;
Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), or content that violates others' privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Adult-oriented creators and products. We welcome creators and agencies in the adult-creator industry. You may link from your portal to external platforms you operate or appear on (including subscription or adult platforms), and you may sell legal physical products through the integrated checkout — including lingerie and adult novelties — provided your listings and imagery are not sexually explicit and comply with our payment processors' rules. You may not use the integrated Stripe or PayPal checkout to sell pornography, sexual services, or anything on a payment processor's prohibited-business list. Sales through the integrated checkout must also comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses list. We may suspend payment functionality on, or remove, any portal that violates a processor's policies or applicable law.
We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Third-party services
clicked.bio integrates with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies, including:
PayPal for alternative checkout where enabled by a creator.
Instagram, analytics providers, and tracking pixels as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or an in-product notice. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service, and you may cancel your subscription as described above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, clicked.bio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, together with applicable U.S. federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act). This choice does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
Informal resolution first. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us through our contact form and to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Papagoose LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in California; any in-person hearing may be held in the county of your residence. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us through our contact form within 30 days of first accepting these terms; if you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Papagoose LLC consent to their jurisdiction. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.
This dispute-resolution section is a starting draft for your attorney to confirm before launch.
