Roles
Access without handing over the keys
Sharing one login is how agencies operate until the day it goes wrong. Real seats mean a contractor can draft on one page, a client can watch their own numbers, and neither can touch the rest of the roster.
Agency and Enterprise. $5 per extra seat.
| Role | Can | Cannot |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and seats | — |
| Editor | Edit content and settings on assigned pages | Touch billing or manage seats |
| Viewer | See pages and analytics | Change anything |
Pair editors with approvals when you want the work done by someone else but published by you. The activity log records who changed what, which turns a disagreement into a lookup.
Agency includes 10 users, Enterprise unlimited, both at $5 per seat. See pricing.
Common questions
Can a viewer be a client?
That is the usual use. They watch their own numbers without being able to break anything.
What happens when someone leaves?
Revoke the seat. Their access ends immediately and their history stays in the activity log.
