For agencies
Run the whole roster from one login
Up to 100 creator pages in one account. Team seats with real roles, approvals before anything goes live, bulk edits across the roster, a shared template library, and analytics that add up across every client instead of forcing you into a spreadsheet.
0% platform fee on client sales.
The problem with one account per client
The usual arrangement is a separate login per creator, shared through a password manager, with reporting stitched together by hand at the end of the month. It works until it does not: someone leaves, a password rotates, a client asks who changed their page, and nobody can answer.
One account with roles and an audit trail answers all of those. You can also hand a creator limited access to their own page without giving them the keys to the roster.
What you get that a solo plan does not have
- Roles and permissions — owner, editor, viewer
- Approval workflows — queue changes before they publish
- Bulk operations — apply a setting across the roster
- Template library — one look, reused
- Rollup analytics — with per-portal CSV export
- Badge removal — no clicked.bio mark on client pages
Approvals and the activity log are what turn "who changed this?" from an argument into a lookup.
Onboarding and offboarding a client
Create the page
Or apply a template so it starts on-brand.
Invite the creator
Editor if they should draft, viewer if they should only watch.
Turn on approvals
Their edits queue for you rather than going live.
Unpublish when it ends
The page comes offline with content intact, and can be restored.
Agency is $39/mo plus $5/user. Enterprise adds SSO, retention controls and unlimited pages. See pricing.
Common questions
Can a creator keep their page if we part ways?
The page lives in your account, so transferring means recreating it under theirs. Plan for that in the contract rather than discovering it at the end.
Do you white-label the whole product?
Not yet. You can remove the clicked.bio badge from client pages and put every page on a client-owned domain, so the public-facing result is unbranded. The editor your team logs into is still ours. If a fully reseller-branded dashboard is what you need, that does not exist today.
How does billing work across clients?
One subscription for the agency account, plus per-seat charges. Client sales pay out to whichever Stripe account each page is connected to.
Can we export a report per client?
Yes — rollup analytics exports per-portal CSV. Scheduled automated reports are not built yet.
