Build the page once, save it as a template, apply it to the next one. New pages start with your structure, your blocks and your look, instead of someone rebuilding it from memory at 11pm.

Templates set up a new page; bulk operations change existing ones. Applying a template does not retroactively update pages created from it earlier — that is deliberate, because a client's page should not change because you edited a template.
