UTM campaigns
Get the credit for the traffic you send
Without UTM tags, a brand's analytics record your carefully driven traffic as "referral" and nobody knows it was you. A built-in UTM builder attaches source, medium and campaign to any destination, so the attribution arrives with the click.

Why this matters at renewal time
When a sponsorship comes up for renewal, the brand looks at their own dashboard. If your traffic is sitting in an undifferentiated referral bucket, your contribution is invisible and the conversation is about vibes. Tagged links put a number next to your name in their system, not just yours.
- Source, medium, campaign, term and content
- Presets you reuse across links
- Works on links and on posts
- Recorded in your analytics too
- Combines with short links
- Survives into QR codes
Pick a naming convention before you need one. Six months of inconsistent campaign names is a data set nobody can read.

Common questions
Do UTM tags look bad in a link?
They make a URL longer. Use a short link if the raw URL is going somewhere visible.
Will they still match my own numbers?
Roughly, never exactly. You count the click; the destination counts the arrival, and people drop out in between.
