Analytics
Find out what actually gets clicked
Views, unique visitors, click-through rate, where the traffic came from, what people were using and where in the world they were. Exportable as CSV on every plan including Free, because data you cannot take out is not really yours.
The number that tells you something
Page views feel good and say little. They mostly reflect how much you posted. Click-through rate is the one that tells you whether the page is doing its job.
Under roughly 20% usually means the page offers too many choices rather than that you need more traffic. The fix is unglamorous and it works: cut the list, move the thing you want clicked to the top, and rewrite its label as an instruction.
What gets measured
- Page views and unique visitors
- Total clicks, split by content and button
- Click-through rate and conversion rate
- Sessions, and the daily trend
- Referrers — which platform actually sends people
- Device, browser and operating system
- Country
- Per-post and per-link performance
Referrers is the underrated one. You post the same link in four places; usually one of them is doing all the work.
Two retention windows, and why
| Plan | Detailed (every visit) | Summary trends |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 30 days | Kept indefinitely |
| Starter | 90 days | Kept indefinitely |
| Pro | 180 days | Kept indefinitely |
| Agency & Enterprise | 365 days | Kept indefinitely |
Detailed data is every individual visit: the rows you can open and export. Summary totals and top breakdowns are kept on every plan for as long as the account exists, so your year-on-year picture never disappears. If you want raw detail for longer than your window, export it while it is still inside the window; we cannot recreate it afterwards.
Privacy, stated plainly
Visitors who decline tracking are not tracked, and the consent banner is shown for you. That means the numbers run slightly below reality, the same as on any site that asks properly. We do not build profiles of your visitors and we do not sell anything about them. Your own visits are counted — we do not filter you out, which is worth remembering on a quiet page.
Analytics and CSV export are on every plan including Free. A/B testing and conversion goals start at Pro. See pricing.
Common questions
Why don't your click numbers match my shop's analytics?
They never will exactly. We count the click; the destination counts the arrival, and some people leave in between. Add UTM tags so the traffic is at least attributed to you.
Can I get the data out automatically?
Yes. There is a CSV download and an API with a metrics:read scope, so you can pull it into a spreadsheet or a dashboard on a schedule.
Why is my conversion rate 0%?
Conversion is measured against a goal you define. Until you set one there is nothing to convert against. Conversion goals covers it.
Do I get analytics across several pages at once?
Yes — Insights on the dashboard combines them. Agency plans add cross-portal rollups with per-portal export.
